HR Associate
𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
Assist newly hired employees with pre-employment requirements completion and 201 files maintenance
Assist new hires/employees with the registration of government numbers
Conducts new-hire orientations.
Responsible for creating HRIS account for newly hired employees
Responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS particularly attendance and payroll system
In-charge in payroll administration
Prepare employees 13th month pay report
Answer employee inquiries regarding compensation
Assist employees with filling of loans
Ensure that government contributions are remitted and paid in a timely manner
Manages benefits programs such as HMOs. Assists employees with questions, issues and enrollment.
Process employee resignation such as preparation of Exit Clearance, COE, 2316 and Final Pay
Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company policy and Philippine Labor Laws
Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
Work continually within the department to improve internal policies.
Perform other HR-related duties which may be assigned from time to time
𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology or Business-related course
Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Compensation and Benefits, is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, etc.
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
