TRIAGE NURSE (USRN)

Gallagher Bassett, a premier multiline claims services provider, is looking for USRNs to join their Workers’ Compensation Triage program. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality triage services while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that supports injured workers across the United States.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.
  • Conduct structured assessments using approved protocols.
  • Provide guidance and instructions based on protocol outcomes.
  • Escalate calls promptly when defined criteria are met.
  • Collect and verify required case information (demographics, employment details, injury data).
  • Document all interactions accurately in designated systems.
  • Perform followup calls as required to reassess and update case records.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic communication throughout all interactions.
  • Support care coordination and workflow completion activities as defined by client processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training, calibration, and quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications:
  • An active Nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland US.
  • At least one year of experience in U.S. healthcare.
  • At least one year of clinical or remote care experience.
  • Prior triage experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously during live calls.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 WPM.
  • Willing to work in any assigned shift.
  • Able to report onsite as needed.
