About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our sales and operations teams. You’ll maintain and clean our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity while supporting various operational and technical functions. Conduct customer site evaluations and create proposals, including gathering customer information, conducting research, and creating security layouts via System Surveyor and Google Slides presentations. As Sales and Operations support, you will assist with Inbound and Outbound calls and appointment setting for Security consultations.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep the HubSpot CRM organized and up to date by scoping and cleaning data.
  • Assist with creating sales proposals and customer site evaluations using tools like Google Earth and System Surveyor.
  • Conduct research, gather customer data, and create security layouts via Google Slides presentations.
  • Learn how to assess client needs and recommend tailored security solutions.
  • Support the sales team by extracting key information from recorded sales calls and opportunity notes, mapping them to Deep Sentinel’s solutions.
  • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for security consultations.
  • Provide ongoing operational support, including working with reports, data management, and CRM analytics.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • College graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn with a basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Proficiency with mapping tools (e.g., System Surveyor, Google Earth and Google Maps) is a plus. At least a year of experience is preferred.
  • At least a year of experience in Data Management is a plus.
  • It is an advantage to have at least half a year of experience supporting operations.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing presentations in Google Slides, including adding graphics and charts.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for at least a year is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage cabling or network infrastructure is a plus but not required.

Work Arrangement:
  • Primarily work from home, hybrid set up for townhalls and company events or as needed
  • Flexible work schedule

Compensation
  • Earn as much as Php 50,000 monthly gross salary
