Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving partner growth through proactive outbound outreach and lead qualification. This position is responsible for managing high-volume calling cadences, delivering the Kinetic value proposition, and coordinating discovery meetings for senior Distribution Partners. Success requires strong communication skills, professionalism in partner engagement, and diligent CRM management to ensure accurate pipeline tracking. Ideal candidates bring experience in outbound environments, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while adapting quickly to feedback and process changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calling and outreach to identify new points of contact within established partner accounts.
  • Outreach Channels: Manage daily sales cadences using a parallel dialer (Koncert) for outbound calling but also potential for additional cadence work through email or other forms of communication to maximize touchpoints.
  • Brand Advocacy: Master and deliver the Kinetic value proposition to spark interest and educate potential partners on our services.
  • Meeting Coordination: Successfully qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings or submissions for senior Distribution Partners.
  • Feedback Loop: Actively communicate prospect feedback and recurring objections to leadership to help refine territory messaging and improve overall conversion rates.
  • CRM Diligence: Ensure all prospecting activity and lead notes are accurately logged in Salesforce and Koncert or other systems for real-time pipeline tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience, ideally in outbound environments
  • Background in the insurance industry is highly preferred; candidates without such prior experience must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn insurance operations and industry terminology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets and Gmail, is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive messaging across phone and other channels
  • Comfortable engaging with external partners and brokers, consistently maintaining professionalism and poise
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
  • Growth-oriented, with ability to handle objections gracefully and apply feedback in real time
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple inquiries, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
  • Work arrangement: onsite, with potential transition to a hybrid setup
