Order Management Specialist
team. This team is responsible for reviewing opportunity/quote details with Salesforce CPQ to
ensure orders meet company booking policies and revenue guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be a key member within a diverse and inclusive Revenue Operations organization who carries a passion to drive operational efficiencies and is constantly looking for ways to improve and accelerate the quote-to-cash cycle.
Responsibilities
● Provide world-class support and guidance to the Sales team by responding to daily
inquiries related to bookings.
● Serve as an Order Management subject matter expert to various business partners in
Finance, Sales, Professional Services, Deals Desk, Sales Operations, and Business
Systems.
● Process opportunities and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce by reviewing order
forms, master agreements, SOWs, purchase orders for accuracy and completeness in
accordance with company and revenue policies.
● Assist with monthly reconciliation reports of sales orders.
● Assist in projects on process improvements, system optimization, and production bugs.
● Be hands on with operational activities that achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
Key Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting, or related field.
● 3 to 5 years of experience in Order Management / Operations, preferably within a highgrowth SaaS company or software industry.
● Understanding of the sales cycle and basic knowledge of software revenue recognition
principles including ASC 606 is a plus.
● Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
● Ability to work independently and move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast
changing environment.
● Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross
functional teams.
● Team player attitude to assist with quarter end close activities during tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite would be an advantage
Work Arrangement
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Work from home set up after 5-day onsite training in Makati City.
- Shift Schedule: 10:00pm to 7:00am Manila time but must be flexible to be assigned to other shift schedules
- Earn PHP 50,000 - 80,000 depending on the experience
