Procurement Support Specialist
Procurement Support Specialist play a crucial role in supporting the Company’s procurement operations. You will be responsible for supporting managing relationships with suppliers to ensure all purchases comply with company policies.
Responsibilities
Assists business partners on company purchasing policies and procedures and supplier setup administration process
Assists and/or issues purchase order follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries and correct pricing, terms and specifications
Communicate with suppliers and/or requestors to advise them of order status/issues as needed.
Coordinate purchase requisition change orders with suppliers and requestors
Check order confirmations for accuracy and resolve discrepancies timely.
Work with Accounts Payables and suppliers to resolve pricing/billing discrepancies.
Participate in gathering data for supplier measurement, reporting & analysis.
Special projects and/or reports as needed (pricing comparisons, trending information, capabilities, supplier performance comparisons, etc.).
What you'll need:
• BA/BS in Business, 2 – 3 years of Procurement experience or training, preferably at a software company (Saas).
• Strong analytical abilities and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Eager to continuously learn.
• Proficient with software: G-Suite, Excel, Slack.
• Experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
Salary Range:
- Earn up to 57,500 depending on the experience
