Cadence Rx is looking for Pharmacy Benefits Analysts to join our diverse teams to make innovation

Position Summary:
The Cadence Rx Pharmacy Benefits Analyst is responsible for accurately processing paper bills and
resolving billing exceptions while providing clear and timely support to clients, providers, and internal
teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Service customers over the phone by identifying the nature of the call and resolving concerns through effective problem solving.
- Work within designated queues, including the Paper Bill queue and the D360 exception queue, ensuring all bill rejections are cleared.
- Process reconsideration bills, including fee reviews in accordance with state fee schedules.
- Recognize and document roadblocks when a bill encounters a processing error or requires manual intervention.
- Consistently meet required metrics while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Completion of Medical Billing programs is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience in medical billing, claims processing, provider reimbursement, or similar work required
- Knowledge of HIPAA principles and standards
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite of products specifically Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation (WC) or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) preferred.
- Exposure to document management systems is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player in collaboration with all areas of the organization, and demonstrates initiative to proactively solve issues with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in any assigned shift during the workweek in Makati City or any assigned office location within Metro Manila.
