HR Operations Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Associate to join our Human Resources team who will directly report to the Global Expansion Operations & Contingent Workforce Program Manager. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks and projects to ensure efficient operations within the HR department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Responsible for HR operations tasks related to contingent workers and PEO employees: e.g. job requisitions, employee onboarding, internal transfers, contract renewals, amendments and terminations.
Coordinate with our third-party HR vendors to execute operations tasks, ensuring accurate data, timely payments, compliance, and streamlined global employee lifecycle processes.
Provide subject matter expertise on contingent workforce systems, processes and policies.
Regularly review reporting to ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency
Assist with UAT re: improvements/enhancements to new and existing HR applications, reports, business processes, etc.
Execute transactions in Workday, such as manager changes, and follow up on transactions that are in progress to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Global HR lifecycle processes, vendor coordination and strategic/analytical oversight
Review and ensure compliance with state-required exit documentation, updating processes as necessary to meet legal standards
Manage project involving the migration of over 6,000 documents from DocuSign to HRIS profiles. This will involve downloading documents from DocuSign and uploading them to the appropriate Workday profiles
Qualifications
College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role; Experience onboarding and managing contingent workers is a great advantage
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Workday HCM, Workday Finance, Google Suite, Slack is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Cross-functional partnership skills
Strong attention to details and possesses sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
