PMO Analyst
The PMO Resource supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing governance, reporting, standards enforcement, and operational support across the project and program portfolio. The role ensures projects are executed in compliance with PMO methodologies, organizational policies while enabling consistent and transparent project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies
- Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking
- Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation
- Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports
- Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control
- Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups
Reporting & Metrics
- Track schedule, scope, cost, and risk indicators
- Support portfolio‑level dashboards and KPIs
- Validate reporting accuracy across projects
Tools & Systems
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- SharePoint / Teams document repositories
- Basic financial and resource tracking tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Certifications
- PMP or CAPM
- PMO or project governance certification
- Agile or Scrum certification

- Comfortable working in structured, governed environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
