HR Operations Associate
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks and projects to ensure efficient operations within the HR department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks
Email Management: Oversee and manage the HR email inbox, which includes handling scanned mail received. Additionally, addressing inquiries from current and former employees, processing requests from lenders for Verification of Employment (VOEs), and handling unemployment claim requests
Business Card Requests: Coordinate and send approved business card requests to the representative for processing
Workday Transactions: Execute basic transactions in Workday, such as manager changes, and follow up on transactions that are in progress to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Projects
DocuSign to Workday Migration: Take charge of a critical project involving the migration of over 6,000 documents from DocuSign to HRIS profiles. This will involve downloading documents from DocuSign and uploading them to the appropriate Workday profiles
State Required Exit Documents: Review and ensure compliance with state-required exit documentation, updating processes as necessary to meet legal standards
Qualifications
Proven 1+ year experience in HR operations or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Workday is an asset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary Range:
- Earn up to 40,000 depending on the experience
