Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as both an Executive Assistant and Events Planner. This hybrid role supports senior leadership with administrative excellence while managing corporate events that drive engagement and brand impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, balancing executive support with event strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support (50%)
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and manage expense reports, invoices, and compliance documentation.
Event Planning (50%)
- Plan and execute company events, conferences, and team offsites (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
- Develop event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage logistics.
- Coordinate with marketing and leadership to align event goals with business objectives.
- Oversee event technology (registration platforms, virtual event tools, live streaming).
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure ROI and attendee satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Event Planner, or similar role (preferably in tech).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana).
- Strong knowledge of event management platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
- Requiring candidates to be Philippine based.
Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS industry trends, hybrid event formats, and executive-level stakeholder management.
