Recruitment Coordinator
Evolent is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. Person will play a critical role in executing Evolent talent team. The candidate must have initiative and be comfortable with responsibility as he/she will be encouraged to share ideas and be part of the management process.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Gather the necessary requirements & open roles within Workday
- Responsible for scheduling end to end interviews for candidates.
- Accountable for coordination with the Hiring Manager on alignments for certain positions.
- Closely work to devise the Hiring strategies within the team
- Assist in monitoring applicant volume and recommend job posting strategies, including job boards and social media.
- Maintain recruiting trackers and databases, identify trends
- Assist the recruiting team with overall recruiting goals.
- Coordinate decision meetings on final-round candidates.
What We Are Looking For:
- Workday experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4-6 Years of working in the end to end hiring.
- Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to think differently and move fast.
- Analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems.
- Proven to be organized and task-oriented.
- Interest in streamlining and improving processes by recommending improvements
