Employee Relations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
- Conduct skip-level meetings, monitor team morale, and provide early warning signals on employee issues.
- Promote adherence to company policies and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Identify non-performers, support employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and partner with managers on action plans.
- Conducts investigations on workplace incident reports, initiates and facilitates the disciplinary process, and ensures consistent monitoring and documentation of cases.
- Monitors absenteeism, tardiness, and other attendance-related concerns, identifies potential policy violations, and works with employees and managers to address and prevent recurrence.
- Assist in preparing documentation for, and may represent the company in, SEnA/NLRC labor-related proceedings.
- Administer employee separation processes, including resignation tracking, clearance, exit interviews, and issuance of relieving letters.
- Provide attrition inputs and resignation data for HR-MIS reports.
- Respond to ex-employee referral checks and manage employee records.
- Continuously recommend and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Nursing, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, with preference given to candidates who have 5 or more years of progressive HR experience. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and related laws, rules, and jurisprudence.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience using ADP or any HRIS for employee data management and reporting is an advantage.
