Kinetic’s first product is a smart wearable device that monitors kinematic motion of an employee, and helps provide coaching on high-risk ergonomic motions such as bending, twisting, and jumping. It has proven to be incredibly effective at reducing frequency and severity of strain and sprain injuries by over 55%.

The Role  

In this role you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom and standard applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to address Kinetic’s specific needs and objectives. The primary goal for this role is to optimize the platform's functionality, streamline business processes, and improve user experience by leveraging their technical expertise and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. b description clearly indicates that  

In order to be successful, you must collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing ones. Then use this information to design and develop solutions that align with Kinetic’s goals and expectations.  

You will need to utilize programming languages like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.  In addition, you’ll also use web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom applications, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems. You’ll work with Salesforce APIs to enable seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external platforms.  

In addition, Salesforce developers are responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of their solutions. This involves creating and executing test plans, debugging, and resolving any issues that may arise. They also provide ongoing support and maintenance for the applications they develop, addressing any problems or enhancements needed over time. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders at Kinetic who utilize SFDC  

• Design optimal workflows that improve user experience  

• Problem solving: debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance  

• Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements  

• Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices  

• Ownership of building and maintaining all SFDC integrations  

• Secure, harden and enhance Salesforce and corresponding revenue data  

• Maintaining a workboard with stories, epics, in process, done and backlog work in order to track, plan and communicate 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of SFDC experience  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field but experience and passion trump all  

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of custom Salesforce applications and integrations  

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.  

• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components  

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies  

• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and end-users.  

• Experience in creating and executing test plans to ensure high quality  

• Experience building dev, test, stage, deploy processes with SFDC  

• Experience integrating third-party applications into SFDC, including market apps such as Gong, HubSpot, Novidea, and Matrix Velocity, leveraging workflow tools like Zapier or Workato, and via RESTful APIs. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  

• Salesforce Certification as a SFDC developer, architect, consultant or multiple  

• Experience with project management tool such as Jira and or Asana

Compensation and Benefits

· Monthly Salary Range: PHP 100,000 – PHP 150,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
