Provide application management and support for data center-hosted JIRA Service Management and Software Applications and Confluence to support internal and external application users. Proficiency in Atlassian tools administration and workflow development is a must. The ideal candidate will have a background in DevOps practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Business Technology Solutions Manager and key stakeholders to create and implement standard templates, common and reusable workflows, fields, permission schemes, etc., that can be used across the organization
• As directed, configure, built-out and manage workflows, projects, schemas, and screen schemas, and screen to meet business and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with diverse teams and skill sets, identify opportunities, and implement automation to improve workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Assist in service support program cost management by maximizing application and add-on use and suggesting and implementing ways to reduce expenditure on on redundant and unused features
• Manage identify and access management functions, including setting up users, roles, and privileges
• Implement and enforce appropriate security controls to safeguard environments
• Develop and deliver end-user training to ensure effective utilization of Atlassian tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in JIRA as a power user or administrator, with at least 1+ year experience as an administrator for a Service Desk instance with more than 20,000 active users
• Experience applying JIRA-based Agile project solutions to support Agile development and DevOps practices
• Demonstrable experience using JMWE and other third-party scripting tools to enhance workflow post function, validators, and conditions to include deep knowledge of Groovy to provide workflow functionality beyond the standard workflow option set
• Demonstrable experience using confluence in an organization that manages, organizes, and distributes JIRA-based data to internal and external consumers
• Deep understanding of SQL
• Experience in leveraging REGEX, HTML to refine JIRA configurations
• Exposure to using Deviniti product suite to enhance service desk user experience is a plus
• Exposure to organizing JIRA tasks using Big Picture to manage project-based interdependencies and road maps is a plus
• Exposure to installing, updating, and maintaining Atlassian services in a Linux environment is a plus

Certifications:

• ACP-100 Jira Administration for Data Center
• ACP-610 Managing Jira Projects for Data Center Certification
