Recruitment Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Associate to support the end-to-end hiring process. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates while ensuring timely recruitment processing and a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy in candidate endorsements and onboarding coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate applicants based on job qualifications and hiring requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients in a timely manner.
• Administer and monitor pre-employment assessments and application requirements.
• Facilitate job offers and oversee candidate onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with Admin, IT, HR, and Training teams to ensure onboarding readiness prior to Day 1.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide timely updates and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within established turnaround times and service level expectations.
• Support recruitment initiatives and process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Open to the possibility of being assigned to a graveyard shift.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least six (6) months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems such as JazzHR or similar recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Adaptable to new technologies, systems, and recruitment processes.
Additional Details:
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (1–2 onsite reporting days per month at One Ayala, Makati)
Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (overtime is required as needed)
